Biography

Erica's research is in the cultural politics and biopolitics of reproduction. Her first book, Happy Abortions, will be published by Zed Books in 2018. The book began life as her dissertation, which won the Australian Women's and Gender Studies Association biannual prize for best thesis in 2014. Erica joined GSSA after ten years of working as a causal lecturer and tutor across three Victorian universities.
