Circular equitorial grid with rotating rim.

There are four brass pegs protruding horozontally outwards from rim. Brass 'feet'. Small brass spike in the very centre of the flat surface. Perhaps there was a second piece of equipment that went with it (allowing some sort of graph to be produced on the grid).
