Measures counts per second. Circular, flat, with guage. Clock shaped. Instrument sits in a circular band of metal (silver coloured). There are four small metal protrusions spaced evenly around the circular band, each protrusion has a hole in it for attaching the circular band to a wall or other mounting via screws, bolts etc. A twisted black and red wire is attached.
