Text as follows: THE LEONARD HUXLEY SUITE. This computing suite is named in memory of Sir Leonard G.H. Huxley KBE FAA (1902-1988) who was the Elder Professor of Physics from 1949 to 1960.

The base of the plaque it carries bears no evidence of having been mounted on a wall or door.
